General Terms and Conditions for Prospective Participants:

  • Educational Foundation: Minimum education equivalent to high school level, ensuring a solid foundation for academic pursuits.
  • Age Requirement: Aged between 18-25 years, creating an environment of diverse perspectives and youthful energy.
  • Physical and Mental Well-being: Prospective participants should be in good physical and mental health, laying the foundation for a successful and fulfilling experience.
  • Character Attributes: Honesty, discipline, independence, and a willingness to embrace new challenges are qualities we value in our participants.
  • Adherence to LLC Processes: Ability to seamlessly follow and engage in all processes at Learn Link Consultancy, ensuring a smooth and collaborative journey.
  • Parental/Sponsor Support: Acknowledgment and support from parents or sponsors, fostering a strong support network for the participant.
  • COE Application History: No history of a refused Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application, ensuring a positive and successful visa application process.

Required Documents

To embark on your Japan journey, ensure you have the following documents ready:

  • Registration Form: Complete the registration form provided [here], capturing your essential details.
  • Japan School Registration Form: Fill out the school registration form available at LLC Nepal, securing your enrollment in Japan.
  • Educational Certificates: Provide a copy of your 12th-grade pass certificates, including your diploma and final transcript.
  • Academic Certificates: Include all academic certificates (Grade Sheet, Provisional, Migration, Character), presenting a comprehensive academic history.
  • Passport Photo: Submit recent passport photos with a white/light blue background, sized 3x4cm & 4.5x4.5.
  • Valid Passport: Ensure your passport is valid. If you don't have one, please note that it's not mandatory to attach.
